  • Account in Good Standing: Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
  • Valid Reason: You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Compliance: You must have complied with our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Payment Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Service Usage: Excessive resource usage may affect refund eligibility

Note: Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
