To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Account Security

Limitation of Liability

HostingPro's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Third-party actions or content

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

Customer Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your control panel or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

HostingPro Termination

We may terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

Data Backup

It is your responsibility to backup your data before account termination. We are not responsible for data loss after account closure.

Changes to Terms

HostingPro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

  • In-dashboard notifications
  • Updates on our website
  • Blog announcements

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
